I found this lovely site that will help us with our "etiquette" while visiting England. Pay attention to the Pubs/Restaurants tips. I'm sure we will experience this on a daily basis.

I'm glad that you posted that. I have also watched a travel show that said that you should not leave a tip in the pubs. It said only confused tourists do so. I've been trying to watch travel shows about the UK and especially London to acquire some insight on things to do and how to act while we're there.
